"At least the parts were actually legit"
I ordered a few OEM parts and, thankfully, they turned out to be legit. The packaging looked right, nothing sketchy or weird, which is a relief because I’ve dealt with enough questionable parts before and it’s such a headache. So yeah, no complaints on the parts themselves.
"Simple warranty request dragged on way too long"
I did eventually get help with my warranty, but it took way longer than it should have. I felt like my basic request was being ignored for a while, which was really frustrating. It shouldn’t be that hard to get a simple warranty issue handled

I ordered this sometime earlier in the week, maybe Tuesday or Wednesday, and the tracking updates came through quickly. It was nice not having to wonder where the package was, and it showed up right on time.

"Replies took forever"
The slow responses were frustrating. I waited longer than I expected, and when I finally got a reply, it didn’t really help much. Just kind of disappointing.

"Packaging could’ve been better"
So... my order showed up on time, which was great, but the packaging was just kind of okay. The box had a few dents and there wasn’t much padding inside. Luckily, all the parts were fine, but I definitely expected it to be packed a little more securely for shipping
"Shipping was slower than I expected"
I ordered a few parts and thought they’d get here a lot sooner. Maybe I was expecting too much, but the tracking barely moved for days, so I kept wondering if something was wrong or if I was just being impatient. Everything did eventually show up in good shape, but the wait was definitely frustrating.

"I ordered a part and then..."
I ordered a part and then ended up needing to cancel it and request a refund. The response I got was polite enough, but after that it felt like I was just sitting in a queue somewhere, more like a ticket number than an actual customer.
I did get my money back in the end, so I can’t say it was a total disaster. But I had to follow up a few times and the lack of updates made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be. I’d probably think twice before ordering again...

I bought from stmtuned.com because I needed the parts and felt kind of trapped comparing prices everywhere. Their price ended up being fair, and the quality was better than I expected for what I paid. Shipping was okay too, nothing amazing but no real issues. I’d probably order from them again if I need more parts.

The processing ended up being slow, which was frustrating. It did get done in the end, but I wasn’t too confident dealing with customer service along the way since I never really trust them to give a straight answer

"Support seemed to know more than they let on"
The tech guy was polite and sounded like he knew what he was doing, but the answers stayed vague. I also ended up waiting way longer than I should have, which made it feel like maybe they had the info and just weren’t getting around to sharing it

I had a small issue after buying and wasn’t totally sure if it was going to be a hassle, but support ended up sorting it out quickly. i may have worried more than I needed to.

I bought this from stmtuned.com and the part itself was totally fine, no real complaints there. The install help was where things got a little frustrating. I’m the type who tries to line up the steps and look for the pattern before I start wrenching, but the instructions felt light in a few spots. I ended up bouncing around forums to connect the dots and figure out what came next. Support did reply, but it wasn’t especially quick, and the answer mostly pointed me back to the same info I’d already seen. Not a terrible experience, just more of a scavenger hunt than I was expecting.

Umm, I found the parts I needed quickly, and checkout went smoothly. No weird issues or anything, so overall it was a easy experience

"Ordering felt as safe as I hoped"
I ordered from stmtuned.com and, it went about how I’d expect a solid parts site to work. The site was simple enough to get through, and checkout didn’t give me any sketchy vibes.
I expected at least a few updates after ordering, and they handled that fine. I wasn’t left wondering where things stood, and when the order showed up, everything looked right.
Overall, they met the expectations I had going in, which is really what matters to me when ordering online. They seem legit, and I’d be comfortable using them again if I need more parts

"Inventory wasn’t accurate"
The website said the part was in stock, so I went ahead and placed the order thinking everything was good.
Then later I found out it wasn’t actually available, which was really annoying because at that point I was basically stuck waiting around instead of just ordering it from somewhere else.
I don’t mind being patient when there’s a real reason, but being forced to wait because the inventory wasn’t updated is frustrating. They really need to keep stock info accurate before taking people’s money.

Overall, the communication was okay, but the replies were slower than I expected. It wasn’t a huge problem, but it did feel like something that could’ve been avoided with a bit more follow-up.
